On Thursday evening the team headed to Bolton for the National Team Tennis Finals which took place on Friday and Saturday.

The team started with a convincing 6-0 win v Perse with Sammy Lion-Cachet and Dan Milner playing well. They then moved on to play Felsted who had looked strong in their first game. However, excellent starts from Alex Ridley & Josh Wierszycki soon saw MCS ahead and they went on to win 5-1. The boys then played Rugby in what was effectively a semi-final. Another convincing 5-1 win saw them into the final against Seven Oaks. Ridley and Wiersyzcki won their singles sets before Max Chopping produced what Mr Tuck describes as the set of the tournament to win and put MCS ahead 3-0. Another win in the doubles saw MCS win by 4 sets to 2 and retain their National Title.

Congratulation to the team, and Mr Tuck and Miss Smith.
